MCP connector terms

These terms cover the MCP connectors that The Growth Folks® hosts at mcp.thegrowthfolks.com, including the noon Seller connector. By connecting one to your AI client, you agree to them. Our general terms of use and privacy policy also apply. Where they differ, these terms apply to the connectors.
What the connectors are
A connector is a bridge between your AI client (for example Claude) and an account you hold on another platform. You ask in your AI client, the connector calls the platform's official API for you, and the answer comes back to your AI client. The connectors are free.
The Growth Folks® builds and runs the connectors on its own. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the platforms they connect to or by the makers of AI clients, including noon and Anthropic. noon and Claude are trademarks of their owners.
Who may use them
The connectors are for businesses only. To connect one, you must:
- use it in a business capacity, not as a consumer;
- be 18 or older;
- be authorised to act for the account you connect, for example as its owner or as a user the owner has approved.
If you connect on behalf of a company, you accept these terms for that company.
You decide what changes
You and your AI client decide what to ask and what to change. Every change is shown to you as a preview and is applied only after you confirm it. You are responsible for reviewing each preview and for every change made through your connection, including changes made by anyone you let use your AI client.
An AI client can misread a request or give a wrong answer. Check anything you plan to rely on, especially prices and stock, before you confirm it.
You must follow the platform's seller terms and policies and the laws that apply to your business, including rules on pricing, consumer protection and advertising.
Built-in limits
The connectors have limits written into their code, such as a preview before every change and no delete actions. They lower the chance of an expensive mistake. They are safety aids, not a guarantee that a change is correct, lawful or right for your business.
The noon Seller connector
- It uses noon's official Partner API. You sign in on noon's own page, and noon issues a dedicated API key for the connection.
- It can read orders, warehouses, stock, prices, offer status, product content and categories. It can change prices and MSRP, stock levels, whether an offer is on sale, and product content.
- Every change is previewed first. A price can move by at most 30% in one step, and one change covers at most 50 items. Deletes, SKU renames, cancellations and shipment actions are not available.
- noon has no draft mode, so price and stock changes go live on noon as soon as you confirm them.
- noon decides what happens to your listings and your seller account. We cannot reverse an action noon takes.
Services we rely on
Each connector depends on services we do not control: the platform's API (noon's Partner API for the noon connector), your AI client, and Cloudflare, which hosts the connectors. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, errors or actions. That includes noon suspending a listing or an account, or changing or withdrawing its API.
Your data
- We never see or store your noon password. You sign in on noon's own page.
- noon issues a dedicated API key for the connection. We store it encrypted and use it only to serve your requests.
- Order and customer data passes through the connector to answer your requests. We do not keep it or use it for anything else.
- You are the controller of your customers' personal data, and we process it only on your instructions, as your processor. This follows the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, where they apply.
- You can revoke access at any time. Disconnect the connector in your AI client, then remove the key under API Users in the noon partner portal.
Our privacy policy covers everything else about how we handle personal data.
No warranty
The connectors are free and provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that they are accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or end any connector, or any part of one, at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, The Growth Folks® is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost sales or profit, pricing mistakes, listing changes, stock errors, or action that noon or another platform takes against your listings or account.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims about the connectors is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us for them in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Indemnity
You will indemnify The Growth Folks® against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the connectors, the instructions you or your AI client give, changes you approved, or your breach of these terms, noon's terms or the law.
Acceptable use
Do not use a connector to:
- break noon's rules or the rules of any other platform it connects to;
- scrape or bulk-collect data beyond what your own business needs;
- send requests at a rate that overloads the connector or the platform's API;
- resell or share access to the connector;
- set prices or run offers that break pricing or consumer law, such as misleading reference prices.
Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or revoke a connection, without notice where needed, for misuse, a breach of these terms or a security risk to you, the platform or other users. You can stop at any time by disconnecting the connector and revoking its key.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country where you are based, including the UAE, that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using a connector after a change, the updated terms apply.
