How buying works

Checkout opens on Dodo Payments, our payment provider. Card, UPI and other local methods are offered where they apply.
When you come back here, the page hands your licence key to the extension and Pro switches on. The key is also emailed to you.
Manage, cancel or download invoices any time in the customer portal.

Questions

How does the free trial work?: You get Pro for 7 days. Checkout asks for a card, and the first payment is taken when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Do I need an account?: No. Checkout gives you a licence key, which is also emailed to you. The extension activates it on this computer automatically after checkout, or you can paste it in the extension’s Settings.
How many computers can I use?: One key works in 5 browsers at a time (10 for All-Access). Use “Deactivate on this browser” in Settings before moving to a new computer. If you reinstalled and hit the limit, email team@thegrowthfolks.com and we’ll reset the key.
How do I cancel or change my card?: In the customer portal. Sign in with the email you used at checkout. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles the payment?: Dodo Payments, our reseller and Merchant of Record. It shows the price in your local currency where it can, adds any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies, and sends the invoice.
Can I get a refund?: Yes. Email team@thegrowthfolks.com within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund it, no questions asked.
I installed it before Pro existed. Do I have to pay now?: Not yet. Everyone who installed before paid plans started keeps Pro until 31 January 2027. Settings shows the date. Buy before then if you want to keep Pro.
